How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Generally, Production time is 2-3 days, but can vary depending on the number of items ordered. Once completed, items are shipped according to the shipping option selected at checkout. *Typically, orders will arrive within 10 days- often, sooner than that. Shipping delays due to carrier disruption and inclimate weather are out of our control, but we will do everything possible to keep you up to date on your purchase- we know waiting is hard- especially when something fun is on the way!- and we thank you for your patience.
Return/Exchange
Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, or style/design preferences.

Products fit true, or oversized:
Many of RS items are what we describe as 'California Casual'- mostly loose-fit. However, some items are more fit-to-form. You can find specific details in the item description for sizing/fit.
